These sessions can be group and/or individual.
They are sessions focused on connecting with our body from the breath, making the journey of inspiration and exhalation conscious, allowing us to tune into the same collective frequency. That will allow us to enjoy a collective dance that proposes us to let go, vibrate, mobilize and release acquired tensions that do not allow us to flow in our daily routines.
Specific focus sessions that each being wants to enhance for their own well-being.
Based on exercises: Breathing, Toning, Stretching, Somatic Techniques, Contemporary Dance, Sound and Vibration.
